Danmark Masongsong, an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) and the grieving father of the 4-year-old girl who tragically lost her life in the NAIA SUV crash, has shared the emotional moment he told his wife, Cynthia, about their daughter's untimely passing after the saddening incident.
In a nearly three-minute video posted by ABS-CBN News, Masongsong opened up about the painful experience, describing how he gently tried to help his wife recall the events of that day.

Cynthia, who remains hospitalized due to injuries from the tragic SUV crash at the airport, had not yet known the full extent of what happened, including the death of their 4-year-old daughter.
"Ano po, tinanong ko po siya kung ano yung mga nangyari, kung ano po ang mga natatandaan niya. Nung natandaan na niya po, nung kwinento na niya sa akin, tsaka ko na po in-onti-onting sabihin na wala na kaming anak," Masongsong recounted as he faced and the local media.

As she began to remember, he slowly revealed the devastating truth about the death of their child.
Her reaction, captured in his words, broke netizens' hearts and drew an outpouring of sympathy.
"Sabi ko sa kanya, 'Mommy, wala na. Iniwan na tayo.' Dun po siya umiyak. Sumigaw po siya, umiiyak, nagwawala. Niyakap ko po. Ang sabi ko, 'Mommy, di kita pababayaan. Aalagaan kita.'"
The tragedy occurred on an early morning on Sunday, May 4, when a sports utility vehicle crashed into the entrance of the departure area at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
According to an official report by Inquirer, the driver was identified by police as Leo Gonzales.
In response to the devastating loss, the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has pledged full support and assistance to Masongsong and his family, as reported by GMA News recently.
The incident has since sparked grief and outrage across the country, even among celebrities.
