A woman riding a motorcycle taxi was shot in broad daylight in Cebu City.
The incident took place on Monday morning at an intersection in Cebu City Business Park.
In a video that captured the incident, the woman was backriding a motorcycle taxi and stopped when the traffic light turned red.
Moments later, another rider wearing red pulled up beside them and suddenly grabbed the woman's cellphone.

The victim's initial reaction was to resist, but out of nowhere, the suspect shot her multiple times.
When the motorcycle taxi rider started running, the woman even fell from the motorcycle.
In a report by TV 5's 'Frontline Tonight,' according to the investigation of PNP Central Visayas, the victim was shot three times; one on the head and two on her body.
The victim was rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention but eventually died.
Authorities are still looking for the rider. Moreover, they already have a person of interest.
