Two people riding a motorcycle were shot dead in Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan.

According to a report by GMA 7's 'Unang Balita,' the shooting incident happened past 11 PM on Tuesday night.

Based on the identification found on his body, the male victim was 34 years old, while the female victim was said to be over 20 years old.

They both suffered multiple gunshot wounds that led to their deaths, and authorities declared them dead on the spot.

According to the residents of the area, they were shocked after hearing more than 5 gunshots nearby.

The Marilao Police have yet to give information about the shooting incident while investigations are ongoing.

According to the initial investigations, the two victims were on their way home when they were shot by the gunman.

The suspect, wearing a black long-sleeved shirt and a face mask, was also riding a motorcycle.

Upon examining the bodies of the victims, SOCO found 38 sachets of alleged illegal substance, drug paraphernalia, 2 mobile phones, and a gun.

Around 9 bullet shells were recovered at the crime scene.

Meanwhile, a follow-up operation has already been conducted by the authorities.

The suspect said he was there to talk to his wife and settle their misunderstanding, but unfortunately, it led to a big arguement.
