His stunts have often landed him in trouble with law enforcement in various countries, including previous arrests for streaking during sports events and aggressive public pranks.

This time, the vlogger allegedly harassed several individuals in the Philippines as part of his content, which sparked public outrage and calls for accountability.

Details of the specific incidents are still under investigation, but Remulla made it clear that the government is taking the matter seriously.

According to authorities, Zdorovetskiy will face legal proceedings under Philippine laws and will not be allowed to simply leave the country to escape charges.

This case serves as a strong message to foreign content creators: the Philippines will not tolerate behavior that disrespects its citizens or breaks the law under the guise of online entertainment.

The DILG also reminded the public to report similar incidents involving harassment, especially those disguised as pranks.
