As the incident unfolded, Jeamarie feared for her son’s life, feeling helpless in the face of the tragedy.

She later shared how she had been subjected to criticism as a mother, with people questioning how the accident occurred.

Despite the judgment, she emphasized that she never wanted such a terrible incident to happen and deeply regrets what transpired.

Here is the account of Jeamarie as reported by KMJS:

Sabi niya, ‘Mama, tulong! tulong!
‘Yung apoy, halos nasa may ulo at buhok niya.
