According to the victim, the jeepney stopped to pick up passengers even though the traffic light was green.
What made him speak up was when the driver of the jeep decided to stop at a pedestrian lane, blocking passengers amid the rain.
Eh, kailangan, unahin mo muna sila, respeto na lang," said the victim.
But instead of accepting his mistake, according to the victim, the jeeoney driver allegedly talked back and said he was only trying to make a living.
