A 40-year-old man lost his life at the hands of a father and son who were in debt to him.
The crime took place in Bantay, Ilocos Sur, where the victim, Dionisio, was fatally shot.
According to a report by TV 5's "Frontline Tonight," the suspects were identified as George and Vincent Pascua.
The two reportedly owed the victim P10,000 for a water pump mechanism.

According to St.o Domingo PNP, at around 10 AM on Wednesday, together with his live-in partner, the victim went to the suspects' house to ask for the money that they owed him.
Instead of paying, Vincent shot Dionisio multiple times which was reported immediately to the police authorities by the victim's live-in partner.
But upon arriving at the crime scene, only blood marks were left, and the body was gone.
"May nakapagsabi na sinakay (ng mga suspek) sa kolong-kolong (and biktima) at dumaan sa may diversion tsaka sa may Alfonso tsaka pumunta sa Bantay (Ilocos Sur)," said P/LT. Roger Retreta, OIC of Sto. Domingo PNP. "Kaya doon kami nag-conduct ng hot pursuit operation kaya nahuli namin 'yung suspek na 'yung ama ang nagtapon sa biktima."
They first caught George whom they caught in the act cleaning the vehicle used to transport the body. While Vincent voluntarily turned himself into the police.
They will be charged with murder and violation of the election gun ban.

When police authorities came to inspect what was inside the suitcase, they found a bloated body of a minor girl. According to the police, the body was in fetal position, clothes were intact, but wounds were found on her body.
