A 53-year-old man was arrested by police officers in Rodriguez, Rizal.
He was accused of taking advantage of his 14-year-old female neighbor, who was reportedly a person with a disability.
According to a report by GMA 7's "24 Oras," police authorities stated that the crime took place in San Mateo, Rizal, in August 2024.

After committing the crime, the alleged suspect quickly fled, and hid.
The 14-year-old victim told her parents about what happened and they reported it immediately to the barangay.
January 09, 2025 when the arrest warrant was released against the accused who was given the alias "Mading."
According to Mading, he hid because of fear. He also denied the accusations of kissing and taking advantage of the minor victim.
"Sigurado ako sa sarili ko na hindi ko ginalaw 'yung bata. Inosente po ako," he said.
He was charged with qualified statutory rape.

When police authorities came to inspect what was inside the suitcase, they found a bloated body of a minor girl. According to the police, the body was in fetal position, clothes were intact, but wounds were found on her body.
