Three minors, two females and one boy, died in an accident after the motorcycle that they were riding was allegedly hit by a closed van along the National Road, Brgy. Tebag East, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan.
The incident happened on Wednesday, Feb. 5 around 2 a.m.
The impact caused the motorcycle to burst into flames while the front portion of the closed van sustained heavy damage.
Based on the investigation by police officers, the closed van allegedly ate up the lane where the motorcycle was running.

The mother of the male minor victim said that the victim took the motorcycle of their relative surreptitiously.
She even made sure to tell her son that he must not go out since it was already late in the evening.
Other than this detail, no other information was revealed by the family of the victim minors.
Due to the incident, police officers are reminding motorists to wear protective gears like a reflectorized vest and helmet whenever they would be driving a motorcycle.
They must not also have more than one backrider.
The driver has not yet issued a statement on the incident.
In a separate report, a police officer died after he was shot by his wife right at the garage of their home. The suspect wife is also a police officer.
According to the report of ABS-CBN, a neighbor of the couple heard a gunshot on Feb. 3 and saw the bloodied victim at the garage. He was shot in the head.
