A report from GMA 7's '24 Oras' said one of the victims was a 3-year-old girl.

The fire marshal said they couldn’t escape because the metal door and windows were secured with grills.

The investigation is still ongoing, but authorities are looking into the possibility that a candle caused the fire since the house had no electricity.
