CDN reported that the victim allegedly was having a fight with her ex-boyfriend when the incident happened.

It was at dawn, Wednesday on November 13.

The Abellana police stated that the 21-year-old woman lost her balance during the fight.

Police Captain Mark Eric Papong, chief of Abellana Police Station noted that the victim was already dead when she was brought to the hospital.

Papong was recommending that the victim undergo autopsy.

Based on their initial investigation, the victim was the one who went to the room of her ex, allegedly confronting him for cheating, but the latter denied.

The ex allegedly did not let her in, but brought her downstairs, but the latter allegedly ran to the third floor terrace and climbed the railings, and threatened to jump.

He tried to pull her down, but she allegedly resisted and said she wanted to end her life.

The railing then reportedly broke, and caused her to lose her balance and fall.

Authorities are continuing the investigation to make sur that no foul play was involved.

In another news, a big and popular shopping mall in Naga City, Camarines Sur, was not spared from the flooding brought about by typhoon Kristine. In a series of photos shared by GMA News, one can see an entire floor submerged in knee-to-thigh-high floodwaters. According to the netizen who took the photos and shared them online, some grocery items were carried away by the floodwaters. The mall, which also served as a temporary shelter, provided food to those who are inside the said establishment.

Meanwhile, some Naga City residents, in a video shared by GMA News, already need to go to houses with a third floor to escape floodwaters. In the video, one can see some residents of Brgy. Traingulo in Naga City going to their neighbors’ houses that have third floors. According to one resident, they helped some of their neighbors by inviting them to stay in the third floor of their house. Floodwaters brought about by Typhoon Kristine have submerged the second floor of some of the houses in Albay.
