A girl from Butuan City tragically died after being electrocuted while trying to pick mangoes from a tree.
According to a neighbor who witnessed the accident, she was seated on a branch when her reaching tool accidentally came into contact with an electrical wire.
Authorities, with assistance from a boom truck, carefully retrieved her body from the tree, as reported by GMA News.
She sustained severe burns across her body and was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.

In a CCTV footage, the rider parked his motorcycle on one side of the gasoline station, took out a machete from his utility box, and swung it right in the face of the gasoline boy. Thankfully, the suspect was caught by a security guard, and the victim was quickly taken to the hospital and is now recovering from the wound.
