A man fell from the Aurora underpass in Quezon City, and thereafter was rolled over by a tanker truck.
ABS-CBN News reported that the incident happened early morning on Sunday.
The truck driver narrated that he was just surprised that something fell in front of the truck.
"Nanggaling kasi kami ng Pasig magde-deliver kami ng oxygen doon sa Pampanga. Ngayon pagdating dito, nagulat na lang ako parang kung anong bagay na nahulog dito banda, pagkagulat ko, nag-full stop ngayon ako, pag nag-full stop ako loaded 'yan eh hindi naman agad hihinto 'yan," said the tanker truck driver.

"Parang may naramdaman ako, may nagulungan, kaya inantay ko na lang na kinumpirma ko kung ano 'yung nagulungan ko. May nagsabi na sa akin, tao daw 'yung nagulungan ko kaya inantay ko na lang na may dumating na imbestigador," he added.

Traingulo in Naga City going to their neighbors’ houses that have third floors. According to one resident, they helped some of their neighbors by inviting them to stay in the third floor of their house. Floodwaters brought about by Typhoon Kristine have submerged the second floor of some of the houses in Albay.
