Atty. Leni Robredo is trending all over social media due to photos of her wading through floodwaters to help the Severe Tropical Storm Kristine victims.

In the photos posted by netizen Egine Oquindo Baral on Facebook, the former vice president and volunteers are seen delivering relief goods while submerged in waist-deep floods.

According to the uploader, the photos were taken in Zone 6 Sto. Niño, Abella, Naga City.

After the photos went viral, Robredo’s Instagram page shared them along with the caption, “Atty. Leni leading ongoing relief operations in Naga City.”

Some celebrities then took to the comments section to react to Robredo’s gesture.
