Strong winds brought about by Tropical Storm Kristine damaged the aluminum cladding of a school building in Cebu City on Wednesday afternoon.

As seen in the video published by netizen Jaylou Cabido, the cladding could be seen falling off as high winds battered the area.

Passersby and motorists were also seen alarmed while the cladding was being blown out.
