- In a report by GMA News, the boy's grandmother said that it was Thursday when she used the cooking pot to boil some water and then placed the pot on the side of their house; little did she know, children, including the 2-year-old boy were playing nearby

- Suddenly, they heard screaming which they thought was just kids fighting over something, but when they checked what was happening, they already saw JJ inside the pot

- The family managed to rush the baby to a hospital; unfortunately, he died the following day

According to a GMA News report, the boy's grandmother said that on Thursday, she had boiled water in the pot and placed it outside their house, not realizing children, including the boy, were playing nearby.

Suddenly, they heard screaming, which they thought was just kids fighting, but when they checked, they found Jay Jay inside the pot.

The family quickly took him to the hospital, but sadly, he passed away the next day.

In another report, 3 men were arrested by the police after a shooting incident in Caloocan City. The issue all started from an allegedly simple "psst" from the suspects while passing by a certain street in Barangay 187. Caught by a CCTV, one among the three men shouted in the direction where they just passed by, then another man took out a gun and shot in the same direction. One man was shot on his side and was immediately rushed to a hospital for medical attention, while all three men were later traced and arrested for frustrated murder and illegal possession of firearm.
