Lerms Lulu’s sister, Leslie, took to social media to write a heartfelt message addressed to those who have been praying for them.

On her Facebook account, Leslie shared a story in which she expressed gratitude for the thoughtful messages that the bereaved family received. She also apologized that she couldn’t read all of them.

“Salamat po sa mga prayers niyo at mga messages. Pasencia na di ko kaya lahat mababasa, sobrang tadtad po ako.”

Furthermore, the sister of the late online seller asked people to continue praying with them.

“Continue praying, samahan niyo po kame hanggang matapos po ito.”

Lerms Lulu, a popular online seller, and her husband Arvin Lulu, were killed in a broad daylight ambush in Pampanga. Lerms Lulu, whose real name is Lerma Waje Lulu, is one of the top distributors of “Brilliant Skin,” a rising cosmetic brand.

The video of the moment the suspects in the killing of Lerms Lulu and her husband were arrested was recently released by the Philippine National Police. In the video, which look like it was taken by a drone, one can see what might be presumed as police officers apprehending a man and making him lie on the ground. In another scene, a man, who looked like he was in handcuffs, was being taken away by another police officer.

The son of slain couple Lerms and Arvin Lulu is a godchild of the alleged mastermind, Anthony Limon. According to a report on 24 Oras of GMA News, the online seller couple would be "kumare" and "kumpare" of the mastermind. The police officer also said that there was an alleged P13 million loan made by the alleged mastermind from the couple. The alleged mastermind, along with six other suspects were arrested by police officers.
