A soldier, Mark Angelo Ajel, killed his wife, the driver whom she was allegedly seeing, and his mother-in-law, shooting the three of them inside a van.
PMaj. Rickson Cabautan, Chief of Gamu Police said that Erlinda Ajel and L*lita Ramos were rushed to the hospital but were declared dead on arrival.
The investigation yielded a possible relationship between the driver, Rolando Ababa, and the soldier's wife.
"Allegedly, may third party relationship itong driver at wife nung suspect. Kaya siguro dahil sa selos at iba pang circumstances, pinagbabaril niya ang mga biktima," Cabautan said.

The soldier was arrested and is now incarcerated.
