Apollo Quiboloy was presented to the media by Department of the Interior and Local Government Sec. Benhur Abalos, Philippine National Police chief Gen. Rommel Marbil and Police Regional Office-Davao Director Brig. Gen. Nicolas Torre III on Monday.
The Kingdom of Jesus Christ founder was escorted by policemen during a press conference in the PNP headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City.
Aside from Quiboloy, his co-accused Jackielyn Roy, Ingrid Canada, Cresente Canada and Sylvia Cemañes were also presented to the public.

It can be recalled that the religious leader was arrested on Sunday, September 8, after the PNP and the Armed Forces of the Philippines gave him an ultimatum to surrender within 24 hours. PNP spokesperson Police Colonel Jean Fajardo said negotiations started at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Pastor Apollo Quiboloy’s assets have been ordered frozen by the Court of Appeals. Among the fugitive pastor’s assets ordered frozen by the court include several bank accounts, real properties, and aircraft. The court also ordered the freezing of a couple of bank accounts of the operator of sonshine Media Network International or SMNI. In an article by the Philippine Star quoting a GMA News report, it revealed the Court of Appeals saying in its order that some of said assets “are linked to to unlawful activities and predicate crimes.”
Meanwhile, former President Rodrigo Duterte could face a charge of "obstruction of justice" after making some statements about the matter. According to PNP Chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil, they're studying the statements made by Duterte. He also said they're waiting for witnesses to come forward so they could determine if the former president could be charged under PD 1829.
