The body of a 24-year-old woman was found in Abuera, Leyte, all tied up and even sustaining a gunshot wound to their body.

According to the report of Albuera Municipal Police Station, the body was found in Barangay Benolho on Wednesday, July 17.

As per their report, the body was found around 2:15 AM near the street of Barangay Benolho.

In the video of Balitang Bisdak, the victim was identified to be Paula Gonzalo, an SK Kagawad at the Barangay South of Ormoc City.

On the initial investigation, the victim apparently went to Cebu and was about to go home before her body was found in Leyte.

The investigation and motive behind the crime are still ongoing as of this writing. The family of the victim has yet to issue a statement.

She then sustained gunshot wounds all over her body as per the report of Balitanghali. According to the police, one motive they are looking at is the victim's properties.
