According to the report of ABS-CBN, the sack was found in Laguna and police are still trying to ascertain the identity of the victim.

Authorities have already sought the help of a family who have earlier reported about a missing female relative.

The body has been cremated and DNA tests were being conducted.

The victim's family refused to give more details on their kin.

Another heartbreaking post was that of Dennis Pineda, governor of Pampanga, who was the first to confirm the deaths of missing beauty queen Geneva Lopez and her Israeli fiancé, Yitzhak Cohen. The bodies of the missing beauty queen and her boyfriend were found in a distant quarry in Capas, Tarlac. As per an earlier report by ABS-CBN, authorities were able to locate the initially suspected burial site after a witness came forward. After an investigation of the two corpses found in the site, it was confirmed that indeed they were the Pampanga beauty queen Geneva Lopez and her Israeli fiancé Yitzhak Cohen.
