Francis Joseph "Chiz" Guevara Escudero, born on October 10, 1969, is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He is one of the country's current senators. He is married to Heart Evangelista, a famous actress, endorser, and vlogger.
Heart, in one of her latest online posts, had posted a sweet birthday message for her husband, Chiz. On her Instagram page, the celebrity fashion icon uploaded old and new photos she took with her husband. She then partnered it with a sweet birthday greeting, calling Chiz her "rock" and "constant" in life. In the comments section, tons of netizens also greeted the senator on his special day.
The Kapuso actress also took to IG Stories and shared a number of videos that showed how supportive her husband is towards her.
