Sen. Bato dela Rosa took to Facebook and slammed those who are propagating stories about his watch.

Apparently, the senator saw a post from watchspotter, which stated that the wristwatch of the senator was a Patek Philippe.

The senator then corrected the information through his FB post.

In the comments section, a popular social media personality, Senyora, asked, "May chismis ba dito senator?"

This was answered by the senator as well.

"Senyora , yang relo na yan ay kinopya ng seiko sa patek philippe tiffany blue na nagkakahalaga ng 6.5m dlrs at wala ka pang mabili dahil limited edition. May umuwi galing japan na dala dala yan at ibinenta sa akin sa halagang 14k. Heto na ngayon kumagat ang mga intrigero. Swak sila. Ha ha ha"

Gretchen Barretto has noticed the allegedly expensive watch that Sen. Ronaldo ‘Bato’ dela Rosa is wearing during the investigation of the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous substances on e-sabong. In a video posted on social media, a voice that seem to sound like Gretchen’s pointed out the allegedly expensive timepiece that the senator is wearing. She also questioned the origin of the said watch and appeared to give a hint that a senator might not be able to afford such a timepiece.
