Fr. Phem Peregrino, a parish priest in Rosario, Cavite, reported missing by his brother on Friday, was finally found inside his vehicle, tied up, but alive, according to GMA's 24 Oras.

The priest was taken to the hospital in Laguna for treatment, according to authorities.

P/Col. Ruther Saquilayan, the chief of police of Rosario stated that one could not even talk to Father because of trauma.

According to the family of Fr. Peregrino, he was supposed to travel to Imus on Friday as he was scheduled to buy a candle.

"Until now, we’re still conducting an investigation. Bina-backtrack namin ang mga CCTV na mga pinagdaanan niya. So far, ang mga nakuha pa lang namin hanggang Dasmariñas which is siya lang ang sakay," said police officers.

A look at the post of the brother of Fr. Phem would show that they gave details on the whereabouts of the priest, as to where they have seen him.
