Billy Crawford was a special guest on the GMA talk show ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.’
During the interview, Boy asked Billy about his opinion on the ABS-CBN noontime program ‘It’s Showtime’ finding a new home on GMA Network’s GTV.
According to Billy, he felt extremely happy after learning about the big news. He explained that ‘It’s Showtime’ has a special place in his heart since it is where he got the experience in hosting noontime shows.
Furthermore, Billy met his wife Coleen Garcia through that show since both of them used to be part of the ‘It’s Showtime’ family. He also believes that the Philippine viewers will benefit from ’It’s Showtime’ being able to continue the program.

“Nung nakita ko yung balita, wala pa ako dito sa Pilipinas, nasa Paris pa ako.
“I started with Showtime in noontime. I met my wife, I started my family through this show.
“I'm so happy that they still have a home kahit papaano. It's the same thing GMA did with me. They welcomed me.
“It's a new beginning, and it's exciting for Philippine TV,” Billy said.
Billy Crawford is a singer, actor, and television host in the Philippines. He tied the knot with actress Coleen Garcia. Coleen gave birth to Baby Boy Amari on September 10.
In other news, ‘Tropang LOL’ aired its last episode on April 29. The hosts of the show became emotional while saying farewell to each other and the audience. Billy Crawford explained that he was teary-eyed out of happiness and not sadness. Furthermore, Billy was in tears because he will miss working with his Tropang Lol family.
Previously, Billy, in a social media post, revealed how he and wife Coleen Garcia started dating. The actor, TV host, and singer made the revelation recently through a short social media post where he greeted his wife on their anniversary. The couple tied the knot five years ago, more specifically on April 20, 2018 in the posh Balesin island resort. They are blessed with a son whom they named Amari who was born in September of 2020 through a water birth.
