“That’s understandable because there’s so much hype, drama happened in the past weeks and days,” Isko responded.

The former Manila City mayor then shared their plans for the longest-running noontime show.

“Kami naman, ang gawin nating Eat Bulaga ngayon, hindi na tungkol sa mga host, tungkol na 'to sa mga viewers. Maging viewers-centric tayong show. Ilapit natin yung Eat Bulaga sa kanila. Kasi we artists, we come and go. Even shows come and go. But yung mabigyan natin ng pagkakataon ang lahat na makapagtrabaho, na makapaghanapbuhay, makikita mo mga ilang tao sa camera, but behind the camera, it produces opportunity to everyone.”

“Now, if there will be buffet like in this case, lalabas lahat ang galing ng mga artista kasi may kompetensya. And we should not hate each other when we we're competing,” Isko added.
