Anthony Taberna, bahagi na ng AMBS 2: “Bagong pamilya, kabanata”

Anthony Taberna shared on his live video today, September 6, a huge update about his career as a broadcaster.

KAMI learned that Taberna has signed a contract with ALLTV (AMBS 2), owned by former Senate President Manny Villar.

Aside from Villar, the contract signing was also attended by Villar’s son, Senator Mark Villar, as well as AMBS 2 President Maribeth Tolentino.

Taberna, a former broadcaster on ABS-CBN, seemed to be ecstatic and filled with joy as he marked a new chapter in his life.

According to Taberna, this was the first time he experienced a contract signing ceremony.

“Ngayon lang ako nagkaroon ng signing ceremony sa buong buhay ko. Ganito pala pakiramdam.

“Bagong pamilya, bagong kabanata,” Anthony said.

Anthony Taberna is a Filipino broadcaster. He is known as Ka Tunying. He is known for being a part of ABS-CBN’s Umagang Kay Ganda and of Dos Por Dos. Anthony used to be a broadcaster on ABS-CBN but he is now part of the AMBS 2 family.

In December of 2020, Anthony’s daughter Zoey took to Instagram and shared how she battled leukemia. She expressed fear, saying that when she heard the word "leukemia," she was really afraid. The 12-year-old girl also thanked everyone who saw her through the hard times of her life. She also said that even though she shaved all her hair and had to undergo chemotherapy, she still stayed strong and that it should not be a reason to break her spirit.

In April of this year, Anthony emotionally shared the ordeal of his daughter Zoey. He was with Zoey when the 13-year-old experienced profuse bleeding in her nose. Anthony admitted feeling proud of her daughter when she saw her remain strong despite what was happening to her. The famous broadcaster also thanked the doctors of Zoey who stayed with the young girl until she was released from the hospital.
