Anton expressed confidence that their working experience would be enjoyable, especially since he and Jillian had already established a friendly relationship before being paired for the project.

“Comfortable na ako kay Jill dahil nag-uusap na kami. We bond before talaga bilang barkada, first-time ko makatrabaho si Jill. Nagkikita kami sa mga All-Out Sundays, pero first time ko lang sa show and I'm honored na makatrabaho si Jill. Talagang all-in ang galing niya talagang aktres. Kaya looking forward na makatrabaho siya sa soon.”
Although they had previously crossed paths during appearances on All-Out Sundays, Behind Closed Doors will mark their first time working together in a television series.
