The 21-year-old actress revealed that her song “Lowkey” reflects her current experiences with love as she enters a new chapter in her life. She explained that she wanted to create something that would allow her to look back on her younger years and remember the experiences she had during this period.
“Gusto ko po, parang ma-capture ko 'yung 20s ko sa isang song. Kasi kumbaga, yun po yung story ng aking love life ngayon. Gusto ko po na 'pag 30s na 'ko, may mabalikan ako na ginawa ko yung song na yun, 'tapos maalala ko 'yung memories ko as a 21-year-old,” she shared.
During their conversation, host Boy Abunda brought up the possibility that her rumored connection with Born to Shine star Kobie Brown might be the inspiration behind her love life revelation.

However, Jillian remained careful about revealing the identity of the person she was referring to, choosing to keep that part of her personal life private.
“Ay naku, si Tito Boy. Basta, kahit anong names ang ibigay mo, wala akong ibibigay sa inyo na name.”
Despite refusing to mention any names, the actress did not hesitate when Boy directly asked whether she was in love.
“Yes, Tito Boy,” she answered.
Jillian also offered a glimpse into the qualities she appreciates about her special someone. According to her, the person is caring and openly expresses appreciation for her, even around other people.
“Super caring and hindi siya takot na i-express 'yung appreciation niya sa akin whether sa friends niya yun or sa family niya or sa mga iba't ibang tao na nakakasalamuha niya. And I will not give you any more information, baka mamaya po mahulaan n'yo na.”
Another detail she shared was that her family also likes the person she is currently seeing. For Jillian, receiving her parents' and siblings' approval is an important consideration before entertaining a potential romantic partner.
“Ako po talaga, kapag hindi ako binigyan ng green light nina Mama at Papa or kahit po ng mga kapatid ko, hindi ko ie-entertain yung isang guy kasi sobrang importante sa 'kin na ligawan niya muna yung family ko bago ako. That's what he did,” she explained.
With her family giving their approval, Jillian said her current romantic experience has also become a source of inspiration as she discovers new things about herself.
Beyond her love life, the actress is also learning to manage her responsibilities and make time for the people who matter to her, including her family and friends.
She even shared some interesting ways she tries to experience ordinary activities without immediately being recognized as a celebrity.
“Alam n'yo po, fun fact, like lumalabas po talaga ako, minsan nag-ga-Grab ako, Tito Boy na naka-disguise kasi wala, gusto ko lang po talaga ma-experience lahat. Gusto ko makalabas ako, pumupunta ako ng mga malls, 'tapos, nagdi-disguise po ako.”
Although she makes an effort to disguise herself whenever she goes out, Jillian admitted that some people still recognize her. Nevertheless, she enjoys meeting new people and having experiences outside her usual work environment.
Her recent revelations show how she is embracing her early 20s, finding inspiration in her personal relationships while making room for experiences beyond her showbiz career.
Jillian Ward is a Filipina actress who first rose to prominence as a child star, gaining widespread recognition for her leading role in the series Trudis Liit. She has since transitioned into a successful leading lady, starring in major hit television dramas like Prima Donnas and Abot-Kamay na Pangarap.
In another report, Jillian Ward expressed her view that romantic relationships should develop naturally and that people should not feel pressured to find love. Katrina Halili shared the same sentiment, recalling how she chose to wait for the right person instead of deliberately seeking a relationship. She also acknowledged God's role in her personal journey toward finding love.
Meanwhile, Jillian Ward admitted that she finds it difficult to work with colleagues who do not put effort into their responsibilities. She explained that doing one's job properly and giving one's best are important values she expects in a workplace. During the pre-game segment, Kazel Kinouchi mentioned another attitude she would rather avoid among co-workers.
