Set to Paul McCartney's gentle song 'Little Willow,' the pictures captured Pancho sitting beside the headstone of his twin sister, Luna Isabel Bacarro, while later photos showed Saab, husband Jim Bacarro, son Vito, and mother Pia Magalona gathered alongside the resting place of Francis Magalona.

Saab recounted the quiet moment that stopped her in her tracks:

"Visited Luna and pop yesterday. There’s no explanation for it, really, but Pancho suddenly started kissing his hand and putting it on his twin sister’s grave as if to give her kisses. He did it several times."

While she held herself together during the visit, the emotional weight surfaced once they settled back home:

"Hours later when we got home I started crying so much and I couldn’t explain it either. I realized my body completely went back to the day I buried my daughter and even as far back as the day I buried my dad."

Navigating the delicate line between shielding oneself from heartbreak and keeping precious memories alive, Saab penned an honest observation about processing loss:

"The actual scenes from those days are a blur because I want them to be blurry. But I also never want to forget. Grief is so."
