During his appearance in Benedict Cua's latest vlog, Garcia discussed how having a non-showbiz partner has not changed the way he approaches his work. He explained that he continues to give his best professionally, just as he did before entering his current relationship.

“For as long as alam mo 'yung ginagawa mo and you are professional pa rin sa craft mo, passion mo pa rin siya,” Garcia said.

He further explained that his commitment to work has remained consistent despite being in a relationship with athlete and entrepreneur Emilienne Vigier.

"I mean, I'm in a relationship right now, non-showbiz. Ginagawa ko lang ay 100% sa work ko. And 'yun na rin 'yung ginagawa ko kasi bago pa maging kami. So parang kahit ano pang gawin ko diyan sa work ko, hindi naman talaga siya magagalit," he added.

Beyond his personal life, Garcia also reflected on his journey as an actor and his experience working in love teams. He said he has no regrets about being part of an on-screen pairing, noting that the experience allowed him to discover something he had previously only watched in films.

"Ang saya ng love team. You get to experience something na napapanood mo lang. Kasi my first sa sinehan KathNiel (Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla) 'yun ang first ko na magsine talaga, na napapanood. Ang saya rin ng love team ang dami mong matutunan," he said.

However, Garcia also expressed admiration for actors who have the opportunity to work with different leading partners throughout their careers. He cited actor John Lloyd Cruz as an example of someone who has been paired with various co-stars.

"Pero mas masaya if you are like John Lloyd (Cruz) na you get to be paired with anyone," Garcia added.

Despite appreciating the opportunities that love teams can provide, Garcia clarified that he does not believe an actor needs to belong to one to achieve success. The actor previously starred alongside Julia Barretto as part of the popular JoshLia pairing.

"Hindi, not at all," he said when asked whether he felt he could not succeed without a love team.

He described his partnership with Barretto as a meaningful part of his professional journey, emphasizing that not every actor gets the same opportunity.

"It's part of your job, it's part of your journey. Hindi lahat nabibigyan ng ganyang (pagkakataon), like me, with Julia," he said.
