Beginning her letter, Alyanna marveled at how profoundly her life transformed in just seven days:
"Dear Aviah, today marks one week since we met. It's only been 7 days, but the love I have for you is something I never knew I could feel. I've always dreamed of becoming a Mom one day. Recalling the physical toll of giving birth, Alyanna admitted that the difficult moments vanished the second she saw her child's face:
"The pain during labor was crazy, something I will never forget. But the moment I saw you and finally got you in my arms, I knew I would do it all over again just to have you here with me."
She also candidly shared how she and her husband are adjusting to early parenthood, acknowledging that it is a constant learning curve:
"Everything is so new to me and your Dada. We're learning everything for the first time, figuring things out day by day, and honestly, there are moments when we don't know if we're doing things right."
While admitting that she will not be a flawless mother, Alyanna promised to always show up and grow for her daughter:
"I will make sure you always feel loved. I will give you a home where you feel safe, loved, and at your HAPPIEST! I will pray for you and with you everyday! And I will always be here, no matter what life brings. I know I will not be a perfect Mama. I'll make mistakes. There will be days when I feel like I don't know what I'm doing. But I promise you, baby, I will always try my best. I will keep learning, keep growing, and keep choosing to be the Mama you deserve."
Followers and close friends showered the post with love, congratulating Alyanna on her first week of motherhood and welcoming little Aviah into a world filled with warmth.
As previously reported by KAMI, Alyana Asistio shared a heartwarming Instagram reel announcing her pregnancy, calling it a "rollercoaster of emotions." The surprise came exactly one month after her wedding, with Yana taking a pregnancy test on December 24 after experiencing a delay. The reel featured the emotional moments she shared the news with her husband Bryan on December 27, and with her family.
Meanwhile, in 2025, her mother, Nadia Montenegro made headlines after she filed libel and harassment complaints in Caloocan and Pasay after being falsely linked to mar*juana use in the Senate. Her lawyer stressed the OSAA report showed she had a grape-flavored vape, not mar*juana. Nadia recounted being harassed by a Senate staff member, who accused her of smelling like mar*juana and dragged her by the arm.
