Explaining her perspective, Dimples shared that it isn't a lack of love from parents, but rather a mindset created when one child consistently displays independence and strength.

"May theory ako diyan. Hindi naman sa hindi tayo paborito, pero nasanay lang kasi sila na kapag dating sa atin, lagi nating kinakaya lahat. Na para bang wala tayong hindi kayang gawin. We are the stronger one," she explained to her followers in the now-viral video clip.

She contrasted how parents typically respond when a struggling sibling asks for help versus when a breadwinner expresses weariness during a personal struggle as well:

"Minsan maririnig mo yung kapatid mo lalapit sa mga magulang ninyo, 'Ma, pa, naubos na yung binigay mo sa akin.' And they would say, 'Kawawa ka naman, anak.' And then pag ikaw ang lalapit, 'Ma, pa, parang napapagod na ako.' And they would tell you, 'Kayang-kaya mo yan, anak! Lagi mo namang kinakaya yan. Ikaw pa ba?'" she said.

Speaking directly as a breadwinner herself, Dimples issued a gentle reminder to families on the importance of checking in on the emotional well-being of the family's providers.

"Pero reminder lang po ha, sa lahat ng mga pamilya ng mga breadwinners na kagaya ko: ang lahat ng malakas, napapagod din. Ang lahat ng nagbibigay, kailangan ding kamustahin," she expressed.

"Hindi naman kami nag-e-expect ng kahit ano pabalik. All we want is to hear you say, 'Okay ka pa ba?' kaysa, 'May extra ka pa ba?'" Dimples concluded.
