The It’s Showtime host recently made headlines after stepping in to defend her colleague Kim Chiu from unverified pregnancy speculations spreading across social media.
The rumors resurfaced once more after a TikTok user uploaded a video of Kim stepping out of a vehicle at an airport. Despite no clear physical sign, some viewers pointed to her midsection, insisting that The Alibi star looked like she was expecting a baby which others agreed with.
One particular commenter, claiming to be a nurse, expressed absolute certainty about her hunch.

"Not a mom but I'm a nurse. I can tell that's a baby bump. If I'm wrong. Isusuli ko license ko," the commenter posted. Spotting the comment, Cianne did not hesitate to shut down the claim with a quick, humorous reply: "Isauli mo na po, ako na nagsasabi 😂," Cianne answered.
When another netizen questioned whether Cianne was even close enough to Kim to know the truth, asking, "Te, di ka na-inform ni Kim?", Cianne swiftly fired back, "Sabi niya sayo te? 😂"
Cianne's remarks triggered a wave of harsh comments from some netizens. Some critics called her names, compared her to other personalities, and even dared her to leave the show if Kim turned out to be pregnant.
