Kris Aquino and her son, Bimby, have stirred online speculation after they were seen meeting with key officials from ABS-CBN Music, prompting fans to wonder whether a new project is in the works.

Among those present at the gathering were ABS-CBN Music head Roxy Liquigan and Jonathan Manalo, the network's assistant vice president and creative director for music. While no announcement was made, Jonathan shared a photo from the meeting on social media and hinted that the discussion was meaningful.

"Last night's productive meeting," Jonathan wrote in the caption of his post.

The update quickly caught the attention of fans, with many speculating whether the meeting could mark Kris' long-awaited return to her former home network or pave the way for Bimby's entry into the music industry.

One commenter even joked, "Mukhang uupo din sa blue chair si Bimby."

Also attending the meeting were television host Darla Sauler and Jasmin Pallera, who both worked closely with Kris during the run of "Kris TV."

Although Bimby has recently appeared as a guest host on a noontime program, Kris previously shared that her son has been seriously pursuing singing lessons under vocal coach Thor Dulay.

"My 18-year-old has for now decided to continue with his singing lessons with coach Thor (plus some super star 'titos' who have volunteered to teach him about stage presence and how to make audience rapport fun for all)," Kris wrote in an Instagram post last October.

Bimby is also familiar with ABS-CBN Music, having appeared as "Baby James" in Kris' 2009 educational album "We Are 1" under Star Records.

Despite growing excitement online, no comeback project for Kris or music venture for Bimby has been officially confirmed. Both fans and observers continue to wait for an announcement from Kris or ABS-CBN regarding the purpose of the recent meeting.
