Oyo recalled seeing one remark accusing him of spending his time playing instead of working.

Danica immediately disagreed with the idea that she and her brother depended on their family’s money.

She explained that they were not raised to rely on what their parents had achieved. The television personality also made it clear that they did not grow up expecting to receive an inheritance.

For the siblings, having successful parents did not mean they were excused from working or building lives of their own.

Oyo also discussed why some people might have formed the wrong impression about his career.

The actor spent several years working alongside Vic in television sitcoms. These included “Daddy’s Gurl,” “Bossing & Ai,” “Hay, Bahay!” and “Vampire ang Daddy Ko.”

Because he regularly appeared in projects led by his father, some viewers may have thought that he was simply benefiting from Vic’s success.
