Content creator Toni Fowler has publicly addressed allegations involving her former boyfriend, actor Rob Moya, after receiving numerous messages from concerned netizens linking her to the controversy.

The issue surfaced after a Facebook user named Elai Kirst accused Moya of allegedly forging documents and illegally selling two properties entrusted to him for sale. According to Elai, her husband had authorized Moya only to assist in finding buyers for the properties.
“My husband entrusted the original land titles of our two houses to an agent named ‘ROB MOYA‘ whose only authority was to help sell the properties. Instead of completing a legitimate sale, he transferred the properties using forged documents,” she wrote.
Elai claimed that the properties involved were located in Pampanga and Parañaque. She alleged that documents used to transfer ownership of the Pampanga property contained forged signatures.

She further stated that a handwriting examination conducted by the National Bureau of Investigation reportedly found that the signatures on the transfer documents were not authentic.
According to Elai, the Parañaque property was allegedly sold even before it had been transferred under her name. She claimed Moya posed as an authorized representative of the previous owner and allegedly forged that individual’s signature as well.
“The two properties have an estimated combined market value of approximately ₱100 million if sold properly, meaning they were allegedly sold for a fraction of their value,” she said.
Elai also alleged that one buyer paid ₱22 million for the Parañaque property, while another purchased the Pampanga property for ₱9 million.
“He kept all of the proceeds and now disappeared,” she added.
She further claimed that criminal complaints involving alleged falsification of documents and related offenses have already been filed against Moya.
“Criminal cases have already been filed against him, including cases involving the alleged falsification of documents and related offenses. After being charged, he reportedly left the Philippines and is now abroad,” she stated.
As the allegations gained attention online, Elai later tagged Fowler in the comments section of her social media post, prompting some netizens to seek her reaction.
On her birthday, Fowler decided to address the matter and distance herself from the controversy.
“Sa araw ng birthday ko sobrang dami nag message sa akin. Una dahil binabati ako… Pangalawa dahil may binalita tungkol sa nakaraan ko na nakulong daw etc,” she wrote on Facebook.
Fowler emphasized that she only recently learned about the allegations and said she has not maintained communication with Moya for a long time.
“Gusto ko lang klaruhin na ngayon ko lang din yan nakita. Matagal ko na syang hindi nakakausap dahil busy ako sa buhay na meron ako ngayon. Dumalaw lang sya sa amin ng Toro family nung Pasko,” she clarified.
The content creator also appealed to the public not to involve her in the controversy, stressing that she had no knowledge of the alleged incidents and did not benefit from them in any way.
“At wala na po kaming communication sa kanya kaya wag niyo pong hanapin sa akin. I hope maayos yung naging problema at wag akong madamay. Kasi kung totoo man yan ay wala po akong napakinabangan.. may utang pa nga sa akin at hindi na ko nabayaran,” she said.
Fowler further explained that she wanted to protect both her reputation and her children from being associated with the allegations.
“Talagang kaklaruhin ko pangalan ko sa part na yan kasi NEVER ako nagkaissue sa pera pera na yan at may mga anak na ko ayoko masali sa ganito.”
She also asked netizens to allow her to celebrate her birthday peacefully despite the controversy surrounding her former partner.
As of this writing, Moya has yet to issue a public statement regarding the allegations raised against him. Fowler, meanwhile, is currently in a relationship with fellow content creator Vince Flores.
