During her appearance on ToniTalks alongside Rendon Labador and Jam Magno, Rosmar explained why she chose to answer Inah's viral remarks instead of remaining silent. According to her, she only defended herself after feeling personally hurt by the actress's words.
Wala akong ginawang masama sa kanya," said Rosmar.
She recalled being surprised after seeing Inah describe her with the word "ew," even though they had never interacted before.

Rosmar maintained that she only responded after Inah made the first move.
The controversy began in May when a social media user mistakenly identified Inah as Rosmar in a video featuring actor Jake Vargas. In response, Inah clarified that she was not the content creator.
“Na-research ko na siya, plssss don't associate me with her, ew,” wrote the actress.
The comment quickly gained attention online and prompted Rosmar to answer publicly.
She followed it with another statement criticizing Inah's remark.

Rosmar also questioned Inah's claim that she did not know her while pointing to her own social media reach.
“Kung maka 'ew' ka naman sa akin. Mas mukha ka pa ngang mom of three sa akin.
She ended her response by expressing frustration over being judged despite having no previous conflict with the actress.
Pwe!"
Months after the exchange became a trending topic, Rosmar said her response was rooted in the pain she felt after receiving criticism from someone she believed had no reason to speak negatively about her.

Janice also shared that instead of giving long lectures, she now prefers offering short but straightforward reminders.
Meanwhile, Rosmar Tan took to Facebook to share a series of strongly worded posts directed at an actress who allegedly reacted to her with an "ew" comment.
