Great leaders inspire massive dreams, and Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto has his family cheering him on for the country's highest office.

During a guest appearance on the online talk show Matteo G Primetime, actress and singer Ciara Sotto bared her big hopes for the political career of her cousin, Vico. Host Matteo Guidicelli, who was actually high school classmates with Vico at Brent International School, opened up the topic of the popular mayor.

When Matteo asked what her hopes and dreams were for Vico in the future, Ciara didn't hesitate to share.

"I want him to be president of the Philippines. Yeah, I really want him to be president," Ciara proudly shared.

Ciara revealed that her vision of Vico leading the nation is not a recent thought sparked by his success in Pasig City. She has actually been predicting his political path for over a decade.

"Years ago, I still have the tweet, I tweeted 'Vico for President.' This was like 2013 or 12," she recalled with a laugh. "And now, everyone's telling him that he should be president. I'm like, oh gosh, manifesting palang ako before. I really think he should be president," she added.

When Matteo asked if Vico has ever shared any thoughts or plans about holding such a high-profile position, Ciara noted that the mayor prefers to stay silent and humble.

"He doesn't say anything about it," Ciara explained. "But he knows that people are asking him to. He always answers with 'I'm gonna pray about it.' He is a very prayerful man."

Matteo also looked back on his personal memories with Vico, sharing what the leader was like during their school days.

"He was one year older than me, but we were in the same science class together," Matteo shared. "Very quiet, he was such a good guy. But quiet lang siya."
