The actress admitted that one of the hardest parts of the situation is no longer being able to communicate with her mother the way they used to.

“Ang pinaka-nami-miss ko talaga, makausap si mommy,” Ramirez said.

She further shared the emotional reality of their current situation.

“Simula nung nagkasakit si mommy, parang hindi ko na siya nakausap ulit in a normal way.”

She recalled how her mother cared for five children while also looking after her father, who experienced stroke-related complications when Ramirez was still young.

“I was molded by a very strong woman who is my mom,” she said.

“Sana matulungan ng speech therapy at physical therapy 'yung kalagayan niya,” she said.

Aside from her family, Ramirez also acknowledged the support she receives from her boyfriend, Dominic Roque, during difficult moments. She shared that his presence has helped her cope with the emotional burden brought by her mother's condition.
