“Months one to four, I was doing light walking, eventually lifting weights again, but still wasn't at the point that I wanted to be,” she shared.

The actress explained that she remained about 25 pounds heavier than her pre-pregnancy weight. During her pregnancy, she gained approximately 50 pounds, making the recovery process more demanding than she initially expected.

Just as she was beginning to make progress, another challenge emerged.

Megan revealed that her fitness journey was temporarily disrupted during her fifth month postpartum after she contracted dengue.

Despite the setback, she gradually returned to training. From her sixth to ninth month postpartum, Megan said she was able to lift heavier weights.

Her commitment became even stronger by the tenth month when she and her husband, Mikael Daez, started working under another coach and became more focused on their fitness goals.

“We've been working hard for the past two months,” Megan said.
“Workout kahit nakabakasyon, tracking my food intake every single day.”

Reflecting on the results of her efforts, the actress expressed satisfaction with her progress.

“It has been so worth it,” she added.
