On Facebook, Jennica posted an excited message about meeting the veteran actress during an event for the upcoming iWantTV series “Nurse the Dead,” which will start streaming on June 12.
The actress admitted that even if she had already seen Claudine several times before, she still felt nervous and starstruck whenever they crossed paths.
“Nakita ko ulit in person si Miss Claudine Barretto anobaaaaaa. Ang ganda niya ng severe as in. To think mga 4 times ko na siya nakita in person pero yung kabog ng puso ko pareho lagi hahaha,” Jennica wrote.

She also shared that she and others attended the event to support friends involved in the new series.
According to the celebrity mom, she initially wanted to ask Claudine for a selfie. However, she became too shy to do it.
“Gusto ko sana mag tanong kung pwede kami mag selfie pero kasiiiii nahiya ako,” she confessed.
Despite not getting a photo with the actress, Jennica still found the experience memorable and amusing. She even joked about being happy after briefly touching Claudine’s knee.
“Ang importante, nakahawak ako sa tuhod! YES! Hahahhahahaha. My Claudine and Rico Yan heart ano baaaa. I give up!” she added.
Claudine remains one of the most recognizable actresses in Philippine showbiz. She became even more beloved by fans because of her iconic love team with the late Rico Yan.
