In the latest episode of “Heart World,” the celebrity doctor spoke directly about speculations surrounding the actress’ appearance. She clarified that the fashion icon has not undergone any facial cosmetic surgery despite ongoing claims online.
According to the dermatologist, many people have questioned the actress’ nose and eyes, with some assuming she had procedures done. However, she firmly denied these claims.
“Wala po talagang pinagawa si Heart sa face n’ya,” she said.

To further support her statement, the doctor even demonstrated using a magnifying glass, showing that there were no visible scars around the actress’ nose and eye area that would indicate surgical procedures.
She explained that the changes people notice in the actress’ appearance can be attributed to other factors. These include proper skincare, non-invasive treatments that help maintain skin elasticity and collagen, and a healthy lifestyle.
The dermatologist also pointed out that weight loss played a role in enhancing the actress’ features. She shared that the actress used to weigh over 120 pounds and is now around 91 pounds, which naturally made her face appear slimmer.
Because of this, features like the nose may appear more defined. She added that their focus is to maintain a healthy and glowing look, especially when weight loss can sometimes make a person look too thin or tired.
“Yun lang talaga yung ginagawa namin,” she explained, emphasizing that their treatments are focused on maintenance rather than altering facial structure.
She then reiterated her statement, stressing that no facial surgery was performed on the actress.
“Pero surgery around the face, I have to say, truthfully, wala talaga,” she added.
The dermatologist also highlighted that achieving a refined look does not always require surgical procedures. She said that proper care and consistency can already make a big difference.
Meanwhile, the actress addressed the issue herself and clarified that she is not against plastic surgery. She said people should not feel ashamed if they choose to undergo procedures for themselves.
“Why would I deny? I would even tell you… I am for plastic surgery. If you must, to make you feel good, the hell with what people think,” she said.
However, she expressed frustration over claims linking her to certain doctors or procedures that she did not undergo.
