The Megastar is back with a huge surprise and her fans are absolutely ecstatic. Sharon Cuneta just dropped major news on Instagram, revealing a project that is set to make Philippine television history.

Sharon shared that her new drama, Honor Thy Mother, is the very first collaboration between two TV giants ABS-CBN and GMA-7.

"I promised you a couple of surprises this year—here’s the first!" she wrote, clearly thrilled about the groundbreaking partnership. The show is being produced by Dreamscape Entertainment and will be streamed on Prime Video.

The cast is just as exciting as the collaboration itself. Sharon expressed her delight in working with some of the industry’s best, including Barbie Forteza and Khalil Ramos. She also reunited with a familiar face, saying she is excited to work again with her "favorite movie hubby," John Estrada.

Sharon is feeling incredibly blessed to have this new opportunity in her career.

"Praise God for this opportunity and beautiful project," she shared with her followers. She also teased that they will begin filming very soon, telling fans, "Abangan niyo po sana! Mag-uumpisa na po kami mag-shoot very soon!"

With two media giants joining forces and a legendary lead star at the helm, "Honor Thy Mother" is definitely the show to watch out for.

Sharon ended her post with a sweet message for her supporters, saying, "God bless you and I love you all!!!!"
