I’m very productive, I’m a hardworking person. And I hate to focus on that,” she said.
Despite these challenges, Heart shared that she was able to recover with the help of her faith and the people closest to her.
She shared that her faith and support system played a big role in helping her through difficult moments. She said:
“Madasalin po talaga ako, Tito Boy. I’m surrounded with really good people. So I think importante ’yon na pinapakinggan ka, na kahit wala silang kailangan sa ’yo, nariyan sila para sa ’yo to talk about it.”
"I’m very transparent, madaldal po kasi talaga ako. Kasi I want to ask help. It’s important to speak up,” she added.
The actress also reflected on the pressures of being a public figure and being constantly judged online.
“It’s very hard.
Only you know what all of this can bring to a specific purpose or goal."
Social media is so Photoshopped and not real. I’m misunderstood. Makilala mo lang talaga ako through different lens. Kulang pa nga ’yon kasi hindi ko pa talaga mapakilala nang todo ’yung sarili ko,” she said.
Heart’s story highlights the importance of mental health awareness and speaking up when struggling.
