Kapuso actress Sarah Lahbati was recently seen exploring a luxury apartment in Paris during her appearance on the Netflix reality series The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties. The property, valued at approximately €4.75 million or roughly Php 348 million, fell within her stated €5 million budget, sparking interest among viewers about her potential plans abroad.

Throughout the episode, Sarah conversed mostly in French with host Valentin Kretz as she toured the centrally located apartment. The 165-square-meter property features four rooms, including a primary bedroom with a walk-in closet. It was renovated by designer Virginie Renaut, who preserved the home’s original character while giving it a modern and artistic touch.

“I decided to show her a very Parisian apartment because that’s what 95% of international buyers are looking for,” Valentin explained.

“But also something very sophisticated, very much her style. At least, I hope so.”

Sarah shared that her search was partly inspired by her long-term hopes for her children.

“Because it’s really a dream for me,” she said.

“Maybe one day my kids could study here. So, hopefully that happens.”

During the tour, she noted that the living room felt smaller than expected, especially considering gatherings with relatives.

“Yes. It’s chic but I hope it’s big enough for pre-dinner drinks because you know how it is with Filipino families,” she said.

Despite that concern, Sarah appeared pleased with the overall design and layout. Toward the end, she asked for photos to share with her family.

“I’m heading back to Manila tomorrow and I’d really like my mom and my kids to see the apartment,” she said.

“I’ve got a really good feeling about this apartment. I’ll see you when I’m back in Paris.”
