Arnold revealed that the Facebook and Instagram accounts of Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Bea Gomez and Miss Supranational Philippines 2026 Katrina Llegado were taken down on March 27. Also affected were Miss Grand International 2024 CJ Opiaza and Miss Charm 2025 runner-up Chelsea Fernandez.
"My friends need their platforms for their work and just like anyone with an account they have so many memories online with years of effort," said Arnold.
She asked for leads or suggestions on how to resolve the issue.

She also noted that similar cases have surfaced online, suggesting the problem may extend beyond the pageant world.
"I have seen on TikTok that this has happened to many accounts over the past few months so this is not isolated just to beauty queens or in the Philippines alone," she added.
In her detailed Facebook post, Arnold explained that the affected users were only given an option to appeal, but attempts to do so reportedly resulted in pages stuck on loading. She also mentioned that some users noticed unfamiliar email addresses linked to their accounts when trying to log in again.
Arnold further said that reaching out to Meta’s help center led to generic responses, leaving the group unsure about the next steps. As of writing, the accounts remain inaccessible, while fans and supporters continue to hope the pages will be restored soon.

Currently, she remains an active figure in the fashion industry and a dedicated advocate for various charitable initiatives.
In another report, Lance Carr performed Parokya ni Edgar’s iconic hit “Harana” during the Miss City of San Fernando pageant. Netizens quickly criticized his song choice, saying it didn’t suit the event’s tone and calling the performance awkward. A viral clip shows Lance taking the hand of a contestant while singing the line: “sino ba tong mukhang ggo, nagkandarapa sa pagkanta at nagsisintunado sa kaba.”* The video sparked mixed reactions, with some praising his effort, others laughing at the moment, and a few debating whether the song was appropriate for the pageant.
Meanwhile, Binibining Davao de Oro 2026 titleholder Sam Aldeano addressed a recent incident involving Kapuso actor Derrick Monasterio during a regional pageant. Aldeano clarified that her hand placement on her waist was meant to maintain professionalism and composure due to her gown’s design. She confirmed that Monasterio personally apologized and assured he would be more mindful in the future. The beauty queen also appealed to media and netizens not to sensationalize the brief stage interaction and to move forward respectfully.
