The 10-episode series centers on unearthing the truth behind silence, deception, and societal pressures. During a recent media conference, Panganiban was asked to comment on Vice Ganda’s message about speaking out against wrongdoing on "It’s Showtime."
"I think nanatili tayong tahimik dahil sa fear," she explained.
It highlights the societal and institutional pressures that discourage people from voicing concerns.
"Kailangan kasi mawala yung fear. Yun ang pinakauna dapat na, magsasalita ka naman kung matapang ka eh," she added.
The actress urged individuals to cultivate courage, emphasizing,
"So kailangan ma-build sa atin 'yung tapang. And kapag tama ka, wala kang dapat ikatakot. Kailangan mong mag-speak up. Hindi lang para sa sarili mo… All the more ikaw pa nga 'yung mapasama."
Panganiban reinforced the consequences of silence, noting,
"Lahat ng tinatago, lahat ng iniipon, bumabaho."
"Tama, magiging parte ka ng mali kung hindi nakisali doon sa tama," she concluded.
"The Silent Noise" premieres on Prime Video on March 20, with two new episodes releasing every Friday, promising a gripping narrative about courage, truth, and the consequences of staying silent.
