"Sana po turuan natin ang mga batang lalake, mula bata pa lang turuan natin sila kung ano ang importansya sa pagrerespeto, sa pagbibigay-pugay, sa pag-a-appreciate, at hindi lang 'yun, pagsusuporta sa mga kababaihan," she said.
The Kapuso actress also declined to comment on lawyer Ferdinand Topacio, who recently criticized her social media posts.
Topacio had questioned Curtis-Smith’s b*kini photos in a radio program.
"Ikaw Jasmine, bakit ka nagpopost ng mga b*kini pictures mo sa social media?" he said.
He added, "Hindi ba para ika'y pagnasaan?"
Curtis-Smith shared a video clip of the remarks on her Instagram Stories and Facebook Stories on Thursday.
"Yowwwww what the actual?????? What the!!!! Dugyot ka!" she wrote.
Meanwhile, the Gabriela Women’s Party publicly condemned Topacio’s comments and said it is studying possible legal action against the lawyer.
The controversy began earlier this week when Suntay made remarks about Anne Curtis during a House of Representatives hearing. His statement referenced a personal “desire” for the actress while explaining his argument in defense of Vice President Sara Duterte’s earlier remarks.

He added, "Pero 'di naman siguro ako pwedeng kasuhan kung ano ang na-imagine ko eh."
Members of the House Committee on Justice later called out the remarks and had them removed from the official record. Suntay subsequently issued an apology.
Anne Curtis’ legal counsel later described the comments as inappropriate.
"Recent remarks made during a congressional committee hearing, in which Ms. Curtis-Smith's name was mentioned in a lewd and objectifying manner, are clearly inappropriate and unacceptable," the law firm said.
