Expectant mom Bettinna Carlos recently shared a lighthearted gender reveal that left her eldest daughter, Gummy, both confused and amused. In a video posted on March 4, 2026, the family used a bit of humor to announce that they are adding not one, but two baby boys in their lives.

Bettinna revealed that the creative idea for the reveal came from her husband, Mikki. The couple arranged breakfast items on two plates under food covers to signify the genders.
"Please check your breakfast for tomorrow," they told a very sleepy Gummy, who had just been woken up for the surprise.
The young girl's initial reaction was pure confusion as she stared at the plates, clearly not catching the hint.

"Deadma lang si girl," Bettinna joked in the video captions. It took a "take two" and several moments of staring before the "shookt" realization finally hit her. "Oh my gosh! It's two boys?" Gummy finally exclaimed, laughing as she covered her face in playful embarrassment.
Bettinna explained that they wanted to tell Gummy the good news privately before announcing it to the world. She also reassured her followers that "no minor was harmed, traumatized or scandalized" by the cheeky prank.
"Eduardo twin boys coming soon," the video concluded, showing an ultrasound clip of the two active babies.
Bettinna noted that the footage was taken when she was 17 weeks along, but they waited until now to confirm and post the news.
